Key Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Comfort with heights and sloped roof work.
- Commitment to quality with a "Zero Call Back Mentality".
- Passion for promoting clean, efficient, renewable energy.
- Relevant industry experience preferred.
- Certifications in fall arrest, aerial lift, and first aid are advantageous.
- 1+ year(s) of experience in roofing, carpentry, or solar.
- Familiarity with working at heights and on ladders.
- Customer service experience is beneficial.
- Proficient with hand and power tools (e.g., drills, impact guns).
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing over 65lbs.
- Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Team player with the capability to work independently.
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; company vehicle operation required.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced and changing work environment.

- Install racking systems and mount electrical equipment as per design specifications.

- Install solar modules and system components.
- Perform record-keeping tasks, including taking system photos.
- Assist in material allocation for projects.
- Accurately record work hours daily.
- Adhere to safe and responsible driving practices.
- Regularly update and complete necessary documentation.
- Attend and maintain safety and first aid certifications.
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to contribute beyond specific job roles.
