- Professionally install HVAC equipment and accessory items, ensuring they meet manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Safeguard the proper operation of all new installations and provide customers with instructions on care and maintenance.
- Embrace continuous learning and personal growth as part of our customer service-oriented team.
- Adhere to all safety rules to maintain a safe work environment.
- Never recommend unnecessary repairs to customers, explaining the benefits of highly efficient equipment.
- Maintain the company vehicle to a neat, clean, and safe standard.
Qualifications
- Meet company requirements regarding general qualifications, with a minimum of a Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Gas Technician '2' (G2) license is a MUST.
- Possess a valid ODP certificate.
- Hold at least a Class G Driver's License.
- Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts as required.
- Physically capable of performing all job-related tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to understand and learn new technologies, especially electronics and electricity.
- Willingness to wear the company-provided uniform.
