The Enbridge Gas Open Bill Program is Ending
As communicated on your Enbridge bill, effective December 31, 2023 the billing service for participating companies, which appears as “Charges from Other Companies” on the Enbridge Gas bill, will be discontinued, Learn More.
What This Means For Our Customers
We would like to inform our customers that Simply Smart will no longer be billing through Enbridge. Moving forward, we will be using our own billing system to handle all billing processes. Additionally, we will be collecting Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) forms to make the payment process more convenient for you.
Why Switch Now?
To ensure a smooth transition and minimal service interruptions, Simply Smart encourages customers to switch to PAP before December 31, 2023. Switching now allows to avoid any disruption in your service or late payment charges.
How to Make the Switch
In order to transition to the new system, kindly click on the link provided below to update your payment information through our secure online form. This will enable us to seamlessly switch your account to PAP payments.
