At Simply Smart, we want to ensure we are there for you and your family while taking into account the wellbeing of yourselves and our team members.
We want you to know that our Team is still here to provide you with the same level of service you have been accustomed to. We are currently monitoring the most up-to-date news relating to COVID-19, and are making sure that precautionary measures are put into effect to make sure our customers and our team remain safe, while providing you with the service you need.

Please be rest assured, that we are putting safety first and have added some precautionary measures.

Before visiting your home, Simply Smart will ask some questions to ensure that no one in the home has travelled outside of the country in the last 15 days, and that no members of the household are experiencing any symptoms of the virus. While in your home, Simply Smart representatives will be using protective equipment such as single-use gloves, single-use masks and boot covers. Our representatives will practice safe distancing and will avoid any unnecessary contact.
